Due cognisance should be given to the Kelsall and Willington Neighbourhood Plan which, amongst other things, defines an important gap between Kelsall and the hamlet of Willington. At the time the Neighbourhood Plan was written, the expectation was that there would be a need to plan for around 200 houses. The policies are aimed at coping with this level of allocation (https://www.kelsall-pc.org.uk/planning/neighbourhood-plan.html).
