As the public body that advises on England’s historic environment, we are pleased that you have consulted Historic England on the Blacon Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) and Neighbourhood Development Order (NDO).
We do not wish to comment on the plan and order. We consider the planning and heritage staff at Cheshire West & Chester Council are best placed to assist in relation to the historic environment.
To avoid any doubt, this does not reflect our obligation to provide further advice on, or potentially object, to specific proposals that may subsequently arise as a result of the plan or order, where we consider these could adversely effect the historic environment.
