Dear Sir/Madam, As a resident of Neston, I am writing to express my strong opposition to the proposed large-scale development on Green Belt land in and around Neston and Parkgate. I am answering *Question SS 11* and my choice is: *Option A – Retain the Green Belt* To build such a vast number of houses adjacent to an internationally important SSSI, namely the Dee Estuary would be disastrous for the birds & wildlife that rely upon this habitat. Yours faithfully,

I would prefer Option A – Retain the Green Belt , as it prioritises brownfield land and avoids unnecessary loss of valuable Green Belt. This is the most sustainable and responsible option given the environmental and infrastructure constraints in Cheshire West.
Neither of these

My response is Option A – Retain the Green Belt My reasons for this is that the green spaces were a key factor in choosing this area to live in. Also my concern is that the sewer system is not capable of supporting this proposal. As a resident in this area our drains are blocked approximately every 6 months. We are fed up of the additional costs incurred. Further properties will exacerbate this problem.

I am writing in response to your consultation about where new houses should be built in the borough and I would like to state that my response to question SS 11 is Option A - Retain the Green Belt. There are still a great number of brown sites areas in the borough which would benefit from being developed rather than encroaching into the green belt.

I am answering Question SS 11 and my choice is: Option A – Retain the Green Belt Reasons I am currently abroad and have only just become aware of these planning changes CUD01-CUD05. As such, I will keep this short. We moved to Cuddington as it is a charming country village, surrounded by countryside. The proposed changes will change where we live to being in the middle of several housing estates - essentially encircling us. The proposed changes will ruin the area for the local people who chose to live here. Furthermore there simply isn’t the infrastructure to support so many more households - neither schools, drs, roads/traffic or other essential services.

Based upon sight of the consultation map, proposing a number new houses to Cuddington area and east of Delamere Park my vote and objection would be as follows: My preferred option is Option A - to retain the area as is, promote the green belt land for agricultural and natural use. Ultimately we have to have a self sufficient food source in the UK. If building is absolutely essential under national plans then I would elect Option B - limiting the builds to 500 houses and in line with the old local and neighbourhood development plans. Option C is NOT acceptable as there is no real transport corridor in this area. Only a weekly bus service on Delamere Park, trains are only 1 per hour from Cuddington station, A and B roads are of poor quality currently. Adding more traffic would create more problems.

I am answering Question SS 11and my choice is : Option A - Retain the Green Belt. I could reiterate the objections which will have already been put forward to you regarding infrastructure, loss of agricultural land, increased flood risk etc etc but I know that you will have already received numerous emails concerning these. The bottom line is that retention of green belt in Acton Bridge is paramount to retaining its village status otherwise the area will become yet another urban sprawl.

I shall attempt to go through the consultation survey and it's supporting documents but, in case that doesn't work, I wish to state that, with the council's poor track record of ensuring that developers deliver on their promise of intelligent and adequate infrastructure to support growing communities, I support OPTION A - TO RETAIN THE GREEN BELT.

My option is A to retain green belt land in kelsall I feel strongly that our green belt land needs to be protected for future generations. I moved here to be In the country and it’s disappearing rapidly. We don’t have the infrastructure either new schools doctors or roads They are all full of pot holes and constantly cause problems for the village Well I say village it’s gone past that now unfortunately.
