Making of Article 4 direction to withdraw permitted development rights from commercial, business and service use (Class E) to residential use (Class C3), of the General Permitted Development Order 2015 (as amended).

We are inviting comments on the Article 4 Directions between 6 August 2026 and 18 September 2026. Representations can be made using the online comment form for each area below.
